Almost nothing beats the delightful aroma of a batch of homemade cookies coming out of the oven. I'd have to say it's right up there with the smell of rain or fresh laundry. The scent is even more drool-worthy when the cookies in question contain peanut butter and chocolate. My housemate, Helen, stumbled across the recipe for these yin yang cookies a few days ago and after reading the ingredients, I barely required any convincing to get onboard with the baking process. Sure, these bad boys are a little more difficult than your average baked good, but oh dear goodness, they are worth every second of your time. You'll be reaping the rewards for a while. Although, if you're like me, they'll be lucky to last until the following day. BRB GUYS, GONNA EAT ALL THE COOKIES.
