Weekly Speech & Language Homework!

Could I BE any more excited about this? Anwser: No. Not possible.

A goal of mine is to always have a home program for my students. Always. Regardless of whether they do it or not, I feel like it’s my job to provide it. And typically, I’m quite the procrastinator, so the home practice they get is something I’ve scrounged up 5 minutes before they walk in or a craft. I love those darn things. That’s pretty easy to do for articulation, but not so much for language. This year, I’m kicking procrastination to the curb! At least for now I’ve got weekly homework already done and ready for my kids for the entire year. Shut the front door.

The themes included match my Theme Therapy Calendar (available HERE for freeee), which I plan my sessions around. There is one language page and one speech page for each one! The language page has 5 questions, targeting various language skills like describing, similarities/differences, answering WH questions, making predictions, etc. They also have 5 vocabulary words to work on AND a self rating scale.
The articulation pages are designed for students to write their words on each picture and practice them multiple times.

On top of that, there are 4 pages to target books that you may have read in therapy! These are great fillers and will target things like vocabulary, story grammar, retell, etc.

In case these pics aren’t enough, I made this video preview to show you EVERYTHING that is included! Woot!

You can find Weekly Speech Therapy Homework in my TPT Store! I hope you love it!

Do you send homework home each week?
