FREE ‘Grow Your Own’ Workshop

This weekend I gave a workshop at the annual South African Food & Wine Bloggers Indaba on growing your own food, called “Dig For Victory”, it was sold out.

Thankfully all is not lost for those who wanted to attend and couldn’t because this week I’ll be repeating the workshop as part of a series of electives being presented by St Stephen’s Church in Claremont.

It will be filled with intensely practical tips covering things like.

• planning your garden
• soil preparation
• composting
• companion planting
• seeds and seedlings
• organic pest control

It will be held on Wednesday 26th February at 7.30pm – 9.00pm at St Stephens Church, 86 Belvedere Rd, Cape Town 7708.
