We need (2)
2 good quality pork sausages
2 free range eggs
100 g. grated gouda
100 g. mushrooms
100 g. asparagus
100 ml. evaporated milk or cream.
Pinch of salt
Tarragon, to taste
Step by step
1. Cut the sausages into small pieces.
2. Sauté with the mushrooms and the asparagus. Season with sant and tarragon.
3. Whisk the egg white.
4. Carefully, mix the whites with the yolks, cheese, vegetables andd sausages.
5. Put in ramekins or in a casserole and bake for 10-15 minutes (170ºC).
