Launched in September last year,
Hem which is Swedish for "Home" offers high-end furniture with a focus on easy assembly and elegant, affordable design. A collaborative project, you may recognise the designs of the Finnish design firm formerly known as One Nordic that I've featured on the blog before. Following
Hem on Instagram since its launch, I've become a huge fan. Their belief that great design shouldn't cost a fortune rings true to their products in every sense, and my heart beats faster every time they post a new photo!
Expanding its offerings with the introduction of seven new collections debuting at the international interiors show in Cologne, the furniture includes new stools, tables, sofas and shelving systems. I'm positively giddy! All designed for easy assembly, many requiring no tools,
Hem also offers digital customisation so you can add personal design touches to the furniture, whether it’s the dimensions, colour, or arrangement of shelves.
