My name is Melissah I'm a 27 year old Registered Nurse and have been newly diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I have decided to create an online journal as a therapeutic and educational means of expressing myself. When you start reading my blog entries you will find that they are raw and don't hold anything back, this is a coping mechanism for me and I find it so helpful to have an outlet for my emotions. I would love if you would follow me and my journey and help spread awareness and give a voice to this silent disease. Dear MS, You may make my limbs tingly and my gait crooked, you may also my head feel dizzy and make my mind less sharp but heres the thing MS, you cannot have who I am. I will always find ways to still do all the things I love even if it means doing it differently. I will enjoy life, I will live it to its fullest, I will have children and I will be happy.
