2 Ingredient Post-Workout Peanut Butter Protein Balls

The other day, I was craving something sweet. After all, being pregnant with a girl, I tend to crave sweets DAILY! I stumbled upon an idea to create a nice little protein snack that serves as a hunger killer and a post workout refueling. I came up with these: peanut butter protein balls… only TWO INGREDIENTS.

Ingredients:

Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Mix until a thick dough forms. Consistency should be similar to dry playdough.

If anyone bakes as much as I do, then you know that the protein powder is basically a “flour” and when peanut butter or any nut butter really is mixed with flour, it forms a doughy texture. The result was pure genius… and just what I was craving!

To store, stick them in the refrigerator or the freezer and enjoy two when you are hungry or after a workout.
