As important as it is to get up and be active during this extended time at home, we could all use some occasional (perhaps DAILY) peace and quiet. Is the TV constantly on? Have you exhausted your Disney watch list? Are there children full of energy running around your house (or polar opposite: turned into total TV zombies!)? Some arts and crafts may be just what the doctor ordered. Switch up your routine and offer some “quieter” activities like coloring!
