The sound of cheerful barks will be music to the ears of dog devotees in The Live Music Capital of the World as animal lovers gather on August 1st and 2nd for a free, Fido-friendly celebration of the joy that all of our friends with fur, feathers and fins bring to our lives.

Activities

• Fans of Rovers and reality TV can meet Animal Planet personality Shorty Rossi of Pit Boss fame and hear the advocate for Pit Bulls speaks about helping dogs who so often find themselves unjustly hounded by people’s misconceptions.
• Cheer for our buddies who bark as they show off their special skills in the Pet Talent Contest.
• Visit the Mars Wisdom Panel booth and purchase a discounted Wisdom Panel DNA kit — and have your dog’s cheek swabbed to learn his breed ancestry!
