Bloggers: Join Us for a Kurgo Dog Harness Giveaway!

Pet bloggers: would you like to join in a group giveaway? We’re hosting the Kurgo Dog Harness giveaway from August 17-31. (If you don’t have a blog, stay tuned for the giveaway on August 17!)

This is a group giveaway which means that a giveaway post will run on your individual blog but all the giveaways will use a common widget. One winner will be selected at random using the giveaway widget to receive a dog harness from Kurgo (values to $85). There are a wide range of choices: car harness, waterproof harnesses, adventure harnesses, and even a harness to hold your GoPro camera!

What’s in it for you? Not only will your readers have the opportunity to win a prize but you can grow your social media accounts! You can include your social media accounts in the widget (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and your Feedburner account as well) to introduce your accounts to readers beyond your own blog.

Along with growing your social media numbers, we’ll be promoting everyone’s giveaways on our @dogtipper Twitter account, too!

Here’s a quick rundown of the upcoming event:

• Who: DogTipper is coordinating a group giveaway for Kurgo, a company that specializes in dog travel and outdoor products.
• What: Kurgo dog harness group giveaway
• When: The giveaway event will run Aug. 17-31; your post can go up any time in that period. (The longer your post is live, the more promotion you’ll receive, though.)
• Where: The giveaway occurs on your blog in your own blog post. The giveaway uses a giveaway widget; one widget will run on all the blogs that run the giveaway. There will be one single winner. The winner may select any of the Kurgo harnesses for their prize in the available color/size of their choice.
• Why: To grow your social media accounts and Feedburner subscription list! Your social media accounts will be included in the giveaway widget, and pet lovers will be able to follow you, even if they are entering on another blog. DogTipper will also promote your giveaway using the @dogtipper Twitter account with 78,000 followers.
