Haver Home Flip Exterior!

I am so excited to show y’all the last piece of the Haver home flip we did with our best friends Ryan and Kylie from Modern Manor. See the kitchen, dining room, and living area here, and the bathrooms/bedrooms here. This is all about the exterior of the home, and let me just tell you, this yard was a beast. Not beastly in size necessarily, but beastly in how much of a sick mess it was.

Normally when us four walk in to a space we can almost immediately have a vision for it, but this exterior left us speechless. It was random, ugly, and parts were un-usable {the filled in pool}.

Lets start at the front yard. The front makes it seem like there is a legit two car garage, but in reality it was just the doors. And behind those doors was a serious mess!

We completely opened up the carport, took down some walls, and sandblasted and painted it all. What a difference cleaning up the front made!

I love the modern door we used for this flip. It added so much spunk to the entry way here, and love the contrast of the stark black to the white!

Ready to see just how pretty the backyard was before we got our hands on it? A filled in pool, a shed hiding a vent for the irrigation, fake terf, and barred up doors…it was all just glorious;) We spent some serious time jack hammering up all the cement, adding real grass, rocks, and cement pavers. The backyard now is not only cleaned up, but has an awesome modern touch to it.

To the side of the yard was where we transferred the fireplace to the outside instead of inside the dining room. I love that there is now an awesome place to sit outside and enjoy a great fire instead of staring at what used to be! Eek!

And thats the home. We loved every piece of this flip, and had such a great time designing it with Modern Manor. The new owners are loving it and nothing makes us happier than that!
