Nytårsmenu
Så er udkastet til årets nytårsmenu klart. Vi bliver 5 personer i år.
Forret:
rejebisque med fenikkel og røde pebre
friskbagt brød
Hovedret:
braiserede vagtler med sauce
små tomat- og ostegratiner
kartoffel-sellerimos
Dessert:
Maias
bûche
med moccacreme
Midnat:
Maias kransekagekonfekt
Vi holder os nok til de mousserende vine hele aftenen.
