A New Player on Stockholm’s Real Estate Market

Browsing through this week’s real estate ads I fell over this beautifully styled Stockholm apartment with dark walls and rustic wood floors and furnishings, for sale by a new company called 1st Street just launched by a former Fantastic Frank broker. The styling and photography is great, it looks very promising and I’m looking forward to seeing more from them in the future, but I really wish they would tone down their sales pitch a few notches. The descriptions are totally over the top, featuring all the clichés and more… It gave me a good laugh, but I really don’t think that was their purpose?
