The Red Lip | Tarte Glamazon Lipstick in Wild

If you had a chance to watch my last video which was a Beauty Haul you will know that I was rather obsessed with this lipstick. I bought this while I was in Canada & since then I've had a chance to wear it quite a few times. WOW. I think this is possibly (dare I say it?) my favourite red lipstick.

Tarte Glamazon Lipstick-Wild $34 First of all-the packaging-I frickin' love it. I said in the video that I like it more than the YSL packaging and I think I kinda meant it? This is so casual, yet COOL. I adore the wooden tube! In my mind, the type of person who wears this is a very trendy independent magazine editor?... (I hope this is making sense because I am typing quite frantically out of sheer excitement.)

The proof is in the pudding really. Check out the usage on this beast! "Wild" is described as a cool toned red, glides on like a dream and is NOT drying on the lips. There are no parabens, sulfates etc. in this formulation, but if you want to know more about that check out the Sephora website!

I'm a terrible model, but you get the general idea. This lipstick lasts shockingly well (according to Tarte 12 hours). I applied it, travelled for 30 minutes to a restaurant, ate insane amounts of dim sum and she was still intact.
Is it a bit conceded of me to tell you that I got A LOT of compliments on this lipstick? I know I'm really raving about this product (and I'm so sorry to those of you who can't get your hands on Tarte products) but I just feel so confident while wearing it! What is it about red lipstick that gives you a little boost to your step? I don't know but I like it!
