BOOK RELEASE | CURLIES COLOR TOO

OMG, CURLFRIENDS! I've been excitedly telling about the making of my very first coloring/hairstyle book for awhile now...so I'm so thrilled to announce its finally done! Yayyyyy! For those who didn't know I started this book, CURLIES COLOR TOO, a few weeks ago by hand drawing a few images of little girls for my clothing line. Once I had the drawings completed I didn't want to add color to them for the tees so an idea instantly popped in my head- why not let children color them for me! That is how the coloring book came to life. I couldn't stop there...there were not enough pages in my book. I then added some helpful tips for parents as a guide to care for their children's hair as well as give them the motivation to keep their children natural and help them with self love. Also included in this book are lists of natural hair products for kids, children's hairstyles, and curlie girl reading books! The illustrations are not only for your little one to color but it is also a learning tool that will teach them their shapes. On the other pages there are activities such as word searches, tracing letters, counting, and more! Parents can also use the illustrations to help their child pick out the next hairstyle of the day. Each curlie girl is rocking a dope hairstyle such as locs, ponytails, braids, a bun, etc. There is a little bit of everything in this book. I'm so proud to be an author and most importantly, that I have this huge platform to share my gifts with- artistically and naturally!
