New York, New York!

Get ready, New York, here we come! Hopefully our arrival will not be heralded by some type of van running into some type of building (moving van into apartment in Plano; van into house in Grand Prairie). We are hoping for a calm, uneventful arrival, followed by some pretty amazing things.

'WHY are they on an airplane flying to New York?' you may ask yourself. Ask no further. Meredith Vieira (who JUST premiered her new daytime talk show 'The Meredith Vieira Show') contacted us and requested that we share the story of our babies and our family on her show... IN NEW YORK!! While we are absolutely blown away by this opportunity, we are also very thankful to the cast and crew of the show, as they have been kind, thoughtful, and incredibly understanding of our hectic schedule.

If you are interested in seeing the babies on 'The Meredith Vieira Show,' our story airs on Wednesday, September 17, 2014. I will leave the checking of the time and station to all of you, my friends, as it will vary, I am sure.

We have been pretty busy in the Ezell household lately. The majority of my time has been occupied with organizing, trying to figure out how to be MORE organized, and dreaming of organization in my sleep! It is an on-going battle *ahem*...process. I am planning on having a ginormous garage sale in the next several weeks, because at one point last year, I was working toward a more minimalistic lifestyle. I have not forgotten, I've just gotten sidetracked. But now we...errr....i...am back on track. (Remember, there is not a lot of family compliance involved.)

Speaking along these organizational/stuff related lines, there is a product available to us all that has made my life (and the babies' and nurses lives) substantially easier, and it is such a simple little thing! Twins (or kids in a multiple greater than 1) have stuff - jackets, blankets, sippies, bags, lunch boxes, electronic devices, clothing, etc. - lots of stuff. With my boys, we have even more with all of the durable medical equipment (suction machines, feeding pumps, nebulizers, IPV machines, air compressors, medical strollers, etc) and all of the supplies that go with the equipment. It is absolutely imperative that we keep some of these items separate to prevent the spread of infection. Kidecals.com has the perfect solution. I received my kidecals in the mail within a few days of ordering them, and I have put them through the wringer - multiple washings a day, constant use on our medical equipment, diaper bags, strollers, toys, bowls for cleaning trachs, I mean you name it and we have tried it.

The real deal, though, is that the decals are amazingly resilient, and they look as great now as they did when we received them!

I. Love. Kidecals. We have not had infections spread since we started using them. They are personizeable, and there is a huge variety of options (including keyboard decals, 'peanut allergy' indicators, personalized labels, etc.). There are so many options, it is almost overwhelming. But, if you just want simple, you can just do simple! Check out kidecals.com and let the personalizing and organizing begin. (Did I mention thy are dishwasher and washing machine safe?!)

Kidecals also has offers for those of you who would like to try out their product:

2 children: doubles2014 = 15% off $25 or more

3 children: threes2014 = 20% off $50 or more

A very small example of how we have used our kidecals - this is on Emmett's trach bag.

2.) kidecals.com

And now, 3 good things.

1.) cute boys to take lots of pictures of!

Playing in the kitchen with pots and pans
Bath time together #2! Too much fun.

2.) amazing opportunities (Meredith Vieira and kidecals.com)

3.) an amazingly loving God who loves without bounds.

A sneak peek from our NY trip. Me and e in Time's Square.
