Chanel Reverie Parisienne Rouge Allure – 154 Badine Review, Swatches and Photos

I’m not sure what it is about the Chanel Rouge Allure lipstick range, but there is something definitely interesting about the packaging that pulls me in every time. That on top of the fact that for some reason you can just never have enough shades of wearable pink really drew me into to picking up the shade Badine from their Spring 2015 collection.

I would consider the Rouge Allure range to “standard” lipstick, in comparison to all the other Chanel lipstick ranges. I don’t mean that in the sense that the range is just average, but from my experience it doesn’t have any notable traits that make it stand out, such as the Rouge Coco Shine range which is more about sheer hydrating lipsticks.

Rouge Allure gives decent colour pay off without stripping the lips of any moisture, and the quality is very solid. I’m completely in love with the colour because it’s something I feel comfortable wearing at all times. It sure look relatively nude on my lips, but there is enough colour to give me a boost of confidence Highly recommended for those of us who like to look put together and polished, but still natural.

If you’re keen, you can pick one up for $35USD in the States or $52AUD locally in Australia.
