Lush Blogger's Xmas Event

Halloween is over, Bonfire night is out of the way and for lots of people the next thing in the calendar to look forward to is Christmas! Like it or not (and I kinda like it) the shops are packed with beauty and bathing treats to celebrate. One of my favourites is Lush, home of all things smelling delicious and a few weeks ago I was lucky enough to be invited along to check out the Christmas goodies instore (and some Halloween and Bonfire night ones too)...

Upon arrival we were treated to yummy things from Three Sisters Bake, those marshamallow and white chocolate pops were SERIOUSLY good.

Lush is known for its fresh handmade products, and its preference for as little wasteful packaging as possible. It does everything from skincare to perfume to of course bath products and soap and walking around is like taking a trip into Willy Wonka's factory, all bright colours and amazing smells (well, how I imagine Willy Wonka's factory to be!)

During our visit we got to make our own snowman out of the Snowman Fun bath product which is a squidgy play dough type soap that you can wash with! After you have created a masterpiece of course! Here is our teams snowman atop the till, chilling. This would be a great gift for kids of all ages. Another of my faves were the sparkly orange Pumpkin bubble bar, it smells SO GOOD and creates mountains of foamy bubbles in your bath.

And if you have over indulged in the celebrations there is always the Wizard Bubble Bar, pictured above, which contains juniper berry, tangerine oil and fennel to re energise and cleanse.

I know where I will be heading as the nights draw in, its gets a bit colder and its time for PJ's and a bath!
