Unruly Brows? Try This!

It’s been about 3 years since I first started teaching myself how to apply makeup and there’s some things I still struggle with. Brows are one of them. Some days, my brows just behave and turn out great. Other days, they just do their own thing and it drives me kinda nuts. My brows are a pretty tough case to crack. They’re sparse yet thick at the same time. I have random hairs that grow everywhere but where I need them. And since I’ve been in the process of growing them out I have some pesky strays that make filling them a headache sometimes.

And then one day, I came across a brow grooming tutorial that featured the NYX Eyebrow Shaper. The pretty gal (forgot the username) was using it to lock the hairs in place she wanted to keep as she razored and plucked away at the strays. Very smart! Then I got to thinking to myself, “This might be a great eyebrow primer.” And what do you know? It is!

I became a heavy brow gel addict after discovering how they locked my brows in place but I haven’t touched my Anastasia Brow Gel since picking up the NYX Eyebrow Shaper. Think of it as a primer and brow gel in one. It has a slightly thick yet lightweight clear gel texture that’s and undetectable on the skin. It gently locks my brows into place without making them look or feel stiff or affecting the product I’m using to fill in my brows. I’ve used this baby with my NYX Brow Gel, MUFE Aqua Brow and my old school Milani Brow Pencil and it’s worked like a charm every single time. If you struggle to keep those pesky hairs in place as you fill in and groom your brows I highly recommend trying the NYX Eyebrow Shaper! You can find it at your local CVS, Target and Ulta.
