Forever 21 Skirt on Friday

This flippy little number is from Forever 21. I picked it up a couple of summers ago. The bright floral print mingling with the dark background caught my attention. Since it can cool down at night, I chose a black ribbed sweater from J. Crew and ballet flats as the final touch.
