This look is super girly and fun! I loved pairing the heart-printed tights with the bright pink belt. The little floral clutch adds a quirky, interesting aspect to the outfit. My mom bought it in Japan when she was traveling there for work. Its pretty flowers and silky texture made me fall in love with it at first sight!
