Fashion Week in the winter is a whole different beast from fashion week in the summer. I figured there would be less activity around Lincoln Center, but this time around it felt nearly empty. Probably because the high was a whopping 20 degrees! One nice upshot to it being cold outside was that instead of focusing on my whole outfit, I only needed a couple of extra accessories to make it pop. And a nice upshot to wearing a turban? Extra warmth! With my hair so “long” these days (length is relative, people), I had to do a bit of maneuvering to fit the turban on, but I liked both the before and the after. Who knows, I may bring it back before winter is over.
