Home Tour from Utah Valley Parade of Homes: Paint Color Sources
Last week I was down in Utah visiting my family and while I was there, I was able to tour some of the Utah Valley Parade of Homes. Can I just say WOW?! Some of the houses we went through were amazing. The biggest one we toured was 20,000 square feet, which was completely overwhelming, and they thought of every.single.detail. It was pretty incredible. This cute house was 9,000 square feet, which seemed small in comparison, crazy I’m saying that, but it was one of my favorite homes we toured and had some of the best paint colors. I love the paint colors chosen for this house because the main areas were a pretty neutral with pops of color through the decorating and accessories, and the side rooms were painted fun colors to add a tasteful palette to the whole house color scheme. Are you ready? This is kind of long.

I also loved this laundry room and the yellow cabinets. Yellow and navy blue cabinets were hot this year in laundry rooms and pantries. I am still waiting to hear back on the cabinet paint colors, but I think they might be the same color as the girls bathroom, or similar to them, a light buttery yellow.
I thought this island was a fun pop of color, although it was much brighter in person than this picture shows.
And these pantry cabinets are a light yellowish green, another great accent color.
