Day 15 of my trip and I feel like a different person.

I've effectively minimized my makeup routine, haven't been taking care of my hair color so now it's brown/blonde instead of the usual grey, and possess limbs so banged up and bruised (and also bug-bitten) that they're unrecognizable from the ones I had before my trip. But despite the outer appearance, my mind and soul feel more invigorated than ever.

I've learned so much this trip about what makes me happy and whole, how to enjoy the simple pleasures in life, and how to find the beauty in everything and everyone around me.

Keeping this post short and sweet because it's late and I have a big final day in Bangkok tomorrow, but I just wanted to share my happiness. See you guys in Phuket!
