Don’t Start a War You Can’t Win

Someone left an accusatory, inflammatory comment about my family on Facebook. I took a screenshot after another person called out the falsity of the statement but before the original commenter deleted it.

What you did is not acceptable.

You can say all kinds of ugly things about me, but you can’t fuck with my family. My family is off limits.

I’ve received numerous messages from you since last summer. I am repulsed by your vulgar, substance-induced incoherence and lack of restraint. Do not contact me or my family. Do not come near me or my family.

If you or a third party acting on your behalf attempts to harass or engage with me or my family, I will make available, publicly and in full, your erratic, inappropriate, slander-laden communications. I will also use the full breadth of my resources to legally ensure you do not cross the line again.

I will refrain from naming and shaming you today, not because your behavior was acceptable, legal, or lighthearted, but because I am paying forward the mercy and patience that was shown to me when I deserved grace least.

Please note that I have not survived this long nor have I pulled myself up from nothing by kowtowing to weak-minded miscreants. I make it a personal rule not to lose to losers.
