We love celebrating St. Patrick’s Day in my house. What’s not to love – an evening filled with tasty food while spending time with friends and family. I have some traditional recipes included in this round-up such as Corned Beef, Sautéed Cabbage and Onions, and Roasted Potatoes and Carrots, Flaky Buttermilk and Chive Biscuits, Colcannon, and Corned Beef and Swiss Panini on Rye. I also have included some variations on the old classics such as Baked Honey-Mustard Corned Beef, Cottage Pie with Turkey, along with and Tangy Sautéed Cabbage and Onions with Bacon.
