Six Vegan 4th of July Recipes


Seriously. I can’t believe it’s almost July 4th. I heard fireworks going off last night, and thought it was so weird. Because in my brain it is still May. And do you want to know what a huge Disney dork I am? Well, I think some of you already know without this anecdote (I am an epic nerd that lights up when I get to talk about my happy place). I am writing this post it is Friday night, there are firework noises in the background, and I just put on the resort music to the Polynesian resort. It makes me feel like I am there, and that is a very happy feeling indeed. If I was still in high school I am not sure anyone would hang out with me. But I am a grown up so I can let my freak flag fly right!? I have heard that as you get older you get less self-conscious and more comfortable in your own skin. I totally agree with that.
