The idea to start blogging came from a drunken haze and a trip down memory lane. I'm a goth by nature, if no longer by practice (at least not since the tender adolescent, middle-school years, when walking around in full outfits of black and chains was just another day in paradise). But a goth at heart I remain...it even haunts my wardrobe at the ripe age of 27 (I have an affinity for spikes, you see). This brings me to the point. I want this blog to be about musings, fashion, music, and above all books. My honest sentiments will be given, whether insightful, self serving, or shallow. This is an experiment in self expression. Something that a Goth loves to mess with, tweak, and twist around her finger.
