harmony redefined. Guard the Door is a blog where you will find harmony redefined. One definition of harmony means to be in agreement with, or to be congruent. I believe that most of our angst about our lives not being what we planned, is because we are living a life that is not congruent with who we really are. It is my goal to show my readers how to look at all areas of their lives-home, faith, family, travel, fitness-and find what truly brings harmony to their lives while being congruent with who they are.
