Our on-going home renovation has really stressed out everybody in the family recently — dust everywhere, workers in and out, noisy tools going all day. I have been in a “worry” mood most of time: worry about when the job will be done, worry about my blog traffic because I lack time to work on it, worry about my skin because recently I’ve had a lot of rash here and there…..Last night, when I went to hot yoga, I heard other people talking about how their family/friends are doing in Nepal, some talked about supporting them in some kind of way. And I suddenly realized, there are so many other things in the world that we should be paying more attention to than our own little “worries”, and I am feeling lucky that I am living in a healthy environment and have clean food and water everyday. One message today to myself, and to share with you, too —- Don’t worry, be happy.
In Chinese: 最近家里的装修真的扰乱了家里的每个人的生活，粉尘不断，工人进进出出，噪音持续不停。最近的我也有很多的忧心，担心装修工作不知道何时能结束，担心我最近没有时间料理博客，博客的造访量会下降，担心自己的皮肤，因为最近长了不少痘痘….昨晚去练高温瑜珈，听到不少周围的人在议论尼泊尔地震，谈论他们在尼泊尔的家人或朋友的安危，谈论将如何以何种方式去支助他们。突然之间我意识到，这个世界上有很多很多的事情比起我们的那种小担忧真的更需要我们的关注，同时也意识到自己有多幸运可以生活在一个健康的环境，每天都有干净的水和食物。所以今天给自己一个醒，也希望与你分享－－别忧虑，要快乐！
