This is my good friend and fellow elementary teacher, Kayla Delzer, yesterday during her Open Mic audition to give a full-blown TedTALK at the next TedXFargo event. She is an amazing teacher, progressive, 21st century and truly an inspiration. But, she will not have an opportunity to give that TedTALK until she wins the most votes on Twitter RIGHT NOW. Here's what she needs FROM YOU. Hopefully, you have a Twitter account. If you don't, please, please make one, and I'll tell you next week 10 ways to use it as an educator.
