I just joined B-School…

Oh. Em. Gee. I’m so excited to share this with you.

After several years of following Marie Forleo and watching, re-watching, and re-re-re-watching her amazing videos on how to become a business-savvy power house with an amazing, rich life, I’ve decided to take action. I’m a dreamer and a planner. I’ve always said I could spend a lifetime putting ducks in a row and avoiding the “leaps”… but not anymore.

I signed up for B-School. Not familiar with it? Click through and read all about it, watch videos, and get excited with me! You might even find yourself signing up for this award-winning program.

I’m doing this for clarity. I’m doing this to put my creativity and passion into motion. I’m doing this for my future, my family, and anyone who has ever looked to me for advice, inspiration, or motivation.

Last year, I tried to get a scholarship by creating a video about why I should have a spot in B-School, but after submitting the video (created frantically in one day) after the deadline (how embarrassing is that?), I realized I wasn’t personally ready to take on the challenge of going next-level with my professional life.

This year, I’m all in.

I recently read Turning Pro and The War of Art—both of which were eye-opening for me as an artist and as a creative professional to an extent that I can’t even describe. I’ve taken stock of my dreams and what I want my life to feel like. I’ve organized my thoughts, and I’m ready to jump. I still have confusion and it’s a little bit terrifying, but I’m doing it.

IT’S SO EXCITING.

If you’re interested in signing up, you’ll find a ton of affiliates through which to receive “bonuses” in addition to the course. A quick search on the web or on twitter will reveal them. I personally signed up through the amazing, beautiful Nisha Moodley because I feel like she is my sister from another mister and I love the idea of supporting her work.

I am not an affiliate and I do not benefit from writing this post in any way, except to bookmark this exciting moment in my personal and professional journey. I have high hopes for myself and I can’t wait to connect with other creators and innovators.

Here’s to moving forward and upward.

P.S. If you’re also a B-School student this year, or an alum, I would love to connect with you! Leave me a comment or get in touch via social.
