Pineapple Dream Cake
1 Duncan Hines Pineapple Supreme Cake Mix
1/2 cup Crisco oil
1 vanilla or pineapple instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
Blend all ingredients, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake in greased and floured 10" tube pan at 350˚ for 44 to 55 minutes. Cool in pan (right side up) for 25 minutes.
For glaze: Mix 1 cup sifted confectioner's sugar with 2 tbsp. milk.
For best result, use Duncan Hines and Crisco oil in Dream Cake recipes.
At altitudes over 3,500 feet: Stir 1/3 cup flour in mix. Mix as directed using 1 1/4 cups water, 1/3 cup Crisco oil, 1 package vanilla instant pudding and 4 eggs. Bake at 375˚ for 40 - 45 minutes.
