I have this set and absolutely LOVE it. The paring and bread knife are amazing. I even bought my mom a set. I’m seriously debating if I should get another set just to have as a backup.

I cook a lot. I think these are worth more than what you pay. I use an old school whetstone for sharpening. Sometimes I slip and have rubbed some of the coatings off, but that’s okay. Yes, they do need sharpening frequently, but it just takes a second.

I have had them for about a year and a half and am still using them. For the price, I think they are worth keeping around the house. I’d like to have a nice high-end knife also, but definitely still use these on a daily basis.
