A fresh take on the modern farmhouse trend, this dream home in Richmond, Virginia by River City Custom Homes is part of the 2017 Richmond Homearama currently going on now! The beautiful interiors were done by Avery Frank Designs, who gave the home a warm and inviting vibe with soothing colors, rustic touches and tons of charm in every space! The home is filled with custom details like built-ins and wainscoting, not to mention a really awesome mudroom! Such a smart feature to have both open storage and lockers that close…gotta keep that mess hidden! I’m loving the painted tongue and groove ceiling and the rustic floors combined with crisp white shiplap walls too. But how about that master suite? The bathroom is stuff my dreams are made of!
