Red, White and Blue

Few weeks ago I read an interesting article about one of New York boroughs - Queens. The article was about hidden gems that can be found in largest borough of NYC. One that caught my attention was the Astoria park which was located close to where I live. I tried to google everything about the place including how to get there and all the facilities that can be found in there. With all the good reviews I read about it I opted to make a stroll with my sister on a beautiful weekend. When we get there we were in awe because we saw how gorgeous the place was. Everything was beyond beautiful. True enough you'll never get used to New York. Everyday there is something new. There is something to look forward to. I've been living here for years now but it never fails to surprise me every time. I can say that New York is really a second home for me.
