NAIL ART | OPEN EYED

Time for a little eye opening nail art! I had so much fun with these peepers on my nails, the pop of color and the luscious lashes made my hands oh-so-happy. I dig the graphic look and just the right amount of playfulness…everyone could not help but peep my mani. All you need is a couple colors and a steady hand. Steps and supplies after the break…

What you need:
White nail polish
Black nail polish
Yellow nail polish
Blue nail polish
Nail art kit with a detailer brush and dotting tool
Tape

What to do:
Begin with a fresh coat of white nail polish.
Cut a curved piece of tape and place it on your nail so that it covers half. From the top of the piece of tape, paint the exposed nail yellow. Once that step is complete, carefully remove the tape from your nail.
Take your detailing brush and create black eyelashes along the width of your nail.
Add an iris to the white part of your nail with blue nail polish and a dotting tool. Create a pupil inside the iris using the same tool and black nail polish.
