A Visit To Farriers

I was so impressed at the newly dressed-to-impress Farriers in Wynberg that i thought i’d share it with you. Now, you all know that i am a lover of contemporary style and furniture and yes, Farriers is a lot more about classic style, but there was loads i loved and lusted after. From their own-design headboards to order (at really good prices) to deep button blanket boxes for the bottom of beds and beautifully oversized cushions, owner Vaughn has a great idea of what it takes to add layers to a home and he’s making it more accessible than ever.

Farriers is now dabbling in more contemporary pieces – and this small sofa is a case in point. I love it and at R9000 it’s a good price too.

There are a lot more pops of colour than before and loads of affordable smalls to help you achieve an eclectic look of your own at home. This pop of chartreuse is lovely.

This conservatory-esque setup is right up my alley and the combination of washed out wood, white and classic grey is great!
