Vegan Coleslaw


I went vegan earlier this year full-time, as in I was only a part-time vegan before. After doing much research, learning about how our bodies work, how food digests and my deep connection to animals and to the planet. It was the best choice to make for everyone's well-being. What you do for yourself, you do for another. We are all ONE.
In this video I share a recipe for vegan coleslaw. Its yummy, crispy, light, healthy (not just sorta healthy) and no animals were harmed in the process which is amazing!

Vegetables: 1 head green cabbage 1 head purple cabbage 1 yellow bell pepper 1.5 cup shredded carrots 1 cup pea shoots (optional) 1/2 red onion 1 Jalapeño
Dressing:
3 1/2 Tbs. Tahini 1 1/2 Tbs. dijion mustard 3 Tsp. maple syrup 3 Tsp. apple cider vinegar 4 Tbs. water
