In New York, we don't really listen to the radio. These days people listen to the radio when they drive, and we are not a driving bunch. We are Starbucks-frequenting, subway-taking walkers, with those white iBuds (is that what they're called? It is now!!!) precariously wedged into our earholes, playing the same four or five songs over and over again for... months? Years? Unless you are a DJ or are living with a DJ, which is exciting because DJs are generally hot, but is actually more exciting because you're constantly discovering new music.
