Maternity Style - 38 Weeks Pregnant

You may have noticed a slight break in proceedings with my posting schedule of late, this is a direct result of the occupant of my tummy making his appearance in fairly dramatic fashion last Weds. Darren and I are both delighted to announce the arrival of our beautiful little boy Zachary Ethan Hauck, born at 9am on June 25th, weighing 7lbs 1oz.

I'm sure I'll be posting a lot about him in the future, but for the time being, I'll get back to showcasing the last few of my maternity outfits. Today's look features a recent sale purchase from Phase Eight, not a maternity dress by design, but one that easily doubles up as both. I spotted it in the window of their Henley store and couldn't resist trying it on, conveniently it fitted me whilst pregnant and I'm sure I'll get plenty of use out of it now as it makes for a very convenient nursing dress too!

My knitted cover-up is from New Look, more lightweight than most of my longer sleeved cardigans, it's ideal for warmer days when you're still reluctant to showcase your arms!

The shoes are my maternity staple pumps from Next - i.e. the only ones that still fit my chubster feet.

My bag is a long term member of my handbag collection from Love Moschino. Great for evenings out, I really love the baroque-esque metalwork on the front.

Lastly the necklace is also from Next, one of the rare rose gold items that I own, ideal to bring a little more warmth to an outfit than silver shades.
