Industrial Bohemian Bride // Part I

Styled shoots are my jam. Working alongside other Los Angeles wedding vendors and creating fun, new concepts is such a great way to channel our creative energy and make beautiful art!

The concept for this styled shoot came about when I was visiting Circa Vintage Rentals’ new warehouse at an open house they were hosting. As soon as I saw the exposed brick walls, the skylights, metal framed windows and all of the unique furniture and trinkets around the shop I knew it would be a magical space for an industrial concept featuring a bohemian bride.

Our goal was to focus on the interesting light available and utilize the funkiness of the room to really add a fun, urban flare to a soft bridal look. We used two different dresses; one a vintage piece and the other by Celia D (not pictured in this feature). We also chose to include hats and fur blankets to add even more playfulness. From an elegant invitation suite designed by Smitten On Paper to a fun paper backdrop made by Paper Fox LA, all 12 of us Los Angeles wedding vendors had a blast putting together this shoot. We hope that these images speak to brides with a love for bohemian vibes, playful details and doing things a bit differently!
