The last minute outfits are always the best.

After finishing the Fall term, I updated my degrees’ progress and I realized I could have my Business Marketing degree in a year. Serious ‘whoa’ moment that I thought I’d share.

This was a total last minute shoot and I was actually in my pajamas when I made the plans to meet up with the photographer, part of which included this crochet detailed top I picked up recently from a thrift shop and have been wearing non-stop for the past few days because it’s surprisingly versatile.

So versatile that I went ahead and turned it into one of the looks we captured.

My favorite part about this outfit is that from the outside, it’s all leather and plaid, giving off a city girl vibe, but when you get closer and can see the delicate neck detail of the top, it changes the whole look.

All about the illusion.
