Todays Everyday Fashion: Playing in My Closet

Today Im sharing a couple monochromatic "experiments" I recently tried while playing in my closet. The picture above is my attempt to re-create the look of a crochet dress neon belt (love her outfit!) - without actually owning a crochet dress. It looks a bit like a dress, but Im also not sure if Im completely sold. Below, I gave Katie Holmes relaxed glam look a try with a sequin top, loose trousers and flat sandals. So comfy, and it could be a great going out look for someone who only wears flats. What are your thoughts on my two fashion "experiments"? Would you wear them?
