Strawberry-Rhubarb Basil Bellini

Was inspired and decided to make some pretty spring inspired drinks this sunday. What I really mean is that I had the day off and bought new flute glasses that needed christening. I followed this recipe for these strawberry-rhubarb & basil bellini’s. I didn’t puree the mix enough and probably should have added more rhubarb but in the end I had sparkling wine and saw the sun so in my mind I was a winner. Getting my cocktail game on this spring/summer. Be prepared.
