30 Days of Water | Benefits of Drinking Water


This month's challenge focuses on increasing/maintaining daily water intake. I used to hate drinking water until I started adding it to my monthly goals. Now my water bottles and I are inseparable. I normally drink 64 oz of water day but my goal this month is to work my way up to a gallon each day. If you aren't drinking enough water, here are a couple reasons to increase your water intake:
