Half-up Pinned Braid Hair Tutorial For Shorter Hair

Starting with a loose waves – created by an inch barrel.
Take half of the hair and pin it with bobby pins in an X with the ridged side facing down.
Grab about an inch of hair above your ear and braid a 3 strand braid.
Pull this braid apart for a fuller look.
Then take this peice and pin it around your head over top of the other pins. Use as MANY as you like so it wont fall out.
Finish the look off with some hairspray and a light tease.
