BEHIND THE SCENES // PARIS EVENINGS

So far, one of my favorite things about Paris is evening time. The days are incredibly hot, which makes these summer evenings just perfect. You don’t even need a sweater. There are groups over groups of people picnicking on every available patch of grass, and on the banks of the Seine as well. Naturally, we had to do the same, always making sure we had a corkscrew at hand and some French snacks in our backpacks (cliche, but there’s no other way). These pictures are taken in the central area of Pont des Arts, at dusk and soon after. There’s also a temporary fair in the Jardin de Tuileries, where I took pictures of the overpriced snacks stands. They looked just adorable in those colors and lights. There are rides as well, but I’m too much of a chicken to go on any of them. So far, Paris is treating us very well, and it’s not hard to see why everyone falls in love with this city.
