Green Days Ahead (La Dolce Vita)

I am heading to New York tomorrow for an exciting event that I am thrilled and honored to be part of. While I am looking forward to attending and to seeing friends while I am in town, I am kind of in denial about spending most of the week in such extreme cold. I’ve been spoiled in Houston where we’ve had temperatures in the mid seventies with not a cloud in sight for the past week or so. The thought of walking through snow and sludge in way below freezing temperatures doesn’t sound terribly appealing, but I will just have to pack warm clothes and remind myself that I am in one of the most exciting cities in the world. In the meantime, I’ll have visions of spring time and sunny skies on my mind as I wish for green days ahead.
