Tory in Paris

You may have heard that Tory Burch recently opened a new flagship store on the Rue Saint-Honoré in Paris. Tory is undoubtedly an arbiter of style and has built a massively successful and instantly recognizable brand. I have an inkling she will eventually expand into the home category. Her tabletop items, linens, and accessories have been a big hit and her homes and stores are absolutely beautiful, so it seems like a natural progression for someone with an iconic lifestyle brand.

The immensely talented, Daniel Romualdez has designed the interior architecture of each of Tory’s stores, including the new flagship in Paris, while the interiors have been a collaboration between Tory and Daniel. If you’ve been to any of her flagship stores, then you can probably appreciate how residential they feel. The Beverly Hills store in particular looks and feels like an ultra-chic townhouse, while each of the flagship stores seems to give a little nod to the decoration of Tory’s own homes. For the Paris store, Tory channeled Madeleine Castaing and and a traditional Parisian decorating aesthetic paired with her own signature style. The result is feminine, beautiful, and très chic, non?
